Ingredients

    Cheese ravioli or tortelloni
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1/2cup frozen spinach
    onion, garlic to taste

Directions

boil the ravioli / tortelloni
saute onions, garlic, add in mushrooms and saute, add in tomatoes, spinach, ravioli / tortellone, simmer together for a few minutes.
