Ingredients

4 medium red potatoes, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced and seperated into rings
3 tablesspoons butter, melted
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Place half of the potatoes in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Top with 1/2 onion and 1/2 of dry ingredients, drizzle 1/2 of the melted butter.
Add remaining potatoes and remaining dry ingredients and drizzle with remaining butter.
Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 20 min or until the potatoes are tender.
Cover with foil, bake another 10 minutes.
