Turkey Venison Meatloaf

Introduction

Low sodium/low fat variation of a family favorite. Low sodium/low fat variation of a family favorite.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey (Jennie-O extra lean)
    1/2 pound ground venison
    12 Ritz crackers (I use Hint of Salt)
    1 egg
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 cup chopped onion

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Place and form loaf in a bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. We generally serve with baked potatoes.
