1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. splenda
2.5 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1 T. baking soda
1 T. baking powder
3 scoops EAS protein powder, vanilla
2 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 c. flax meal
1 c. raisins
Bake at 350 for about 15 min - bottoms brown before tops, if you overcook, they will be dry. Remove when firm.
