Banana Smoothie

Introduction

Very quick and easy breakfast food. Very quick and easy breakfast food.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1 cup low-fat yogurt
    1 cup 2% milk

Directions

Place all ingregients in a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add more or less milk depending on desired consistancy.
You can also swap the banana for berries, mango, etc. I like to also use a can of fruit (with the juice) and cut back the milk a bit.
Makes 2 servings.
