16 oz cooked spaghetti 2 beaten eggs 4 T. melted butter (smart balance 50/50) 8 oz. cream cheese fat free 2 jars Prego spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned 1/4 c. water 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine first three ingredients with hands until spaghetti is coated. Put in greased 9x13 baking dish. Thinly slice cream cheese and place on spaghetti. Simmer hamburger with Prego sauce for 15 minutes and then spoon over cheese layer. Sprinkel on mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (uncovered) or until bubbly and cream cheese is melted. About 11 1 cup servings.
