Introduction

This smoothie combines 8 different fruits and flax seeds for a wonderful tasting, filling, and extremely healthy breakfast or snack. This smoothie combines 8 different fruits and flax seeds for a wonderful tasting, filling, and extremely healthy breakfast or snack.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 Banana
    1/2 large or 1 small Apple
    1 Kiwi
    1/2 cup Blueberries
    1/4 cup Raspberries
    4 Strawberries
    1/4 cup Blackberries
    1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
    1 tbsp Flaxseeds or flax meal
    Ice

Directions


Peel banana, apple, and kiwi cut into smaller pieces put into blender add about 4 or 5 ice cubes or whatever you prefer. Then blend till ingredients are broken down then take your washed blueberries 1/2 cup, raspberries 1/4 cup, strawberries 4 or 5, blackberries 1/4 cup, pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup, and put into blender and blend till smooth. Now the flaxseeds can be added while ingredients are being blended or after smoothie is made flaxseeds can be added. All ingredients can be added or subtracted to suit yourself enjoy.
