Trying to figure calories for homemade chicken fried steak.. Trying to figure calories for homemade chicken fried steak..
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 TBSP Veg. oil
    1 lb. round or cube steak (used round for calculation - cube not on here)
    1/2 cup white flour
    1 egg
    1/4 cup milk (skim)

Directions

Dip steak in flour, then egg and milk mixed together, then in flour again. Fry in oil. A serving would be 4 oz. of steak.
