1 block low fat cream cheese
4 cups shredded 2% cheddar cheese (2 bags of pre shredded cheese or 8oz net wt block of cheese).
1 can cream soup of choice (I use cream of chicken)
1 can milk (I use 25%)
0.25-0.75 cup potato flakes
The soup took a little longer to cook than usual because the lower fat cheese takes longer to dissolve. You can use skim milk, fat free cheese, etc. You can also add diced ham.
Makes approx 12-1 cup servings (give or take, I eyeballed it).
