Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)

Directions

Mix all until smooth. Let set at room temp for 45-60 minutes. Lightly ocat a 6 in. nonstick skillet with vegetables oil cooking spray and heat to medium high temp. Pour 2 Tbsp. batter in skillet; cook until golden brown on bottom. Repeat with remaining batter, lightly coating skillet with vegetable oil cooking spary for each crepe.

Leftover crepeps may be frozen between 2 layers of wax paper.
