Low-Carb Salmon Patties

Introduction

Easy to make and so yummy! Easy to make and so yummy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 3oz Pkg of Chicken of th Sea Pink Salmon
    1/4 Cup Shredded Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese
    1 Egg
    Onion Flakes - as desired
    Magic Seasoning
    Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    1/4 Cup Almond FLour
    1 Tbsp Butter, unsalted

Directions

Combine Salmon, egg, cheese, almond flour, onion flakes and magic seasoning. It'll be mushy but it works so trust me here!

Melt butter into a pan and form a patty (it will be a large patty!). Sprinkle the side that is facing down before placing it down with the Mrs. Dash. Then, once it's in the pan, sprinkle the side facing up with Mrs. Dash.

Fry until crispy and enjoy!
