*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
*Tahini, 3 tbsp (remove)
*Lemon Juice, 0.1 cup (remove)
*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
Raw chole - 0.5 cup, 1.25 serving (remove)
Place in serving bowl, and create a shallow well in the center of the hummus.
Add a small amount (1-2 tablespoons) of olive oil in the well. Garnish with parsley (optional).
Serve immediately with fresh, warm or toasted pita bread, or cover and refrigerate.
