Ingredients


    Veal, ground, 8 oz (remove)
    Beans, black, 1 cup (remove) rinsed to removes sodium
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    *Horseradish, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large (remove)
    *Great Value Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese, 1 cup (remove)
    Bread crumbs, whole wheat
    *Byrne Dairy Fat Free Skim Milk, .25 cup (remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Process beans, garlic, onions, horseradish and eggs in food proccessor. Add to large bowl with the rest of the infredients. Mix until just blended and form into 2 loaves. Baked on a rimmed cookie sheet (jelly roll pan) for 1 hour.
