Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 ripe Haas avocados (skin will be brown and soft, but not overly mushy when pressed slightly)
    1/4 cup purple onion, diced finely
    1 small clove garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp lime juice
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp cilantro, either fresh finely chopped or dried
    pinch of salt

Directions

Skin, seed and dice avocados and place in a bowl.
Drizzle with the lemon and lime juices and the olive oil. Mash finely with a sturdy fork.
In separate bowl, place finely diced onion and garlic. Mash with sturdy fork until juices are released.
Add mashed onions/garlic to mashed avocados and stir well to incorporate.
Add cumin, cilantro, and salt. Mix well.
Enjoy!
Serve in 4 equal portions with tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.
