Quick morning smoothie- strawberry

Introduction

I use my new Hamilton Beach personal blender to make these super easy, healthy and yummy smooties to slurp on my way to work. I use my new Hamilton Beach personal blender to make these super easy, healthy and yummy smooties to slurp on my way to work.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 oz. (3/4 cup) of Light and Fit yogurt
    6 medium sized frozen unsweetened strawberries (could also use fresh, or other fruits such as peaches, blueberries, etc)
    6 ice cubes (more or less to personal taste)
    4 oz. (1/2 cup) of orange juice

Directions

Layer the yogurt, frozen fruit, ice and orange juice. Stir to get the liquid down to the blades. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
