Simply grilled salmon

Ingredients

Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
Garlic chopped, 2 cloves
Lemon Peel, 1 tsp
*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
White Wine, 2 fl oz
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 12 oz
Directions
Simmer 1 Tbsp olive oil, dill, garlic and lemon peel until flavors fuse together. Cook salmon in 1 Tbsp olive oil skin-side down for about 2 minutes. Brush oil/dill/garlic sauce on salmon. Turn and brush until browned. Turn pour remaining sauce over salmon add wine. Cook alcohol off and serve.
