Ingredients

    2 Cups broccoli, broken into florets
    2 Cups cauliflower, broken into florets
    3 Tbsps olive oil
    3 garlic cloves
    2 lemon, sliced thinly
    salt
    pepper

Directions

preheat oven to 475 degrees
On baking sheet toss broccoli, cauliflower with oil, garlic and lemons. season with salt and pepper.
Roast until vegetables are browned and tender, 25 to 30 minutes, rotating sheet from top to bottom and tossing veggies halfway through.
Makes 4 - 6 servings
