Ingredients

    1 lb. beef sirloin
    4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 small onion
    2 ready-to-bake pie crusts

Directions

Place one pie crust in pie pan. Place sliced potatoes on crust, then add onion, carrots, and meat. Sprinkle with black pepper. Place the secon crust over ingredients and seal crust edges together. Make several slice in top crust.
Bake at 375 degrees for 75 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes.
