Introduction

Could be a quick on-the-go breakfast or healthy snack. I will be experimenting with adding chocolate chips or raisins to the mix in addition to seasoning like cinnamon (not included in calorie count here). Also, customize with more or less protein powder as your diet requires. Could be a quick on-the-go breakfast or healthy snack. Ingredients

    8 Scoops GNC Whey Protein (120 cal/serving)
    3 cups old fashioned oats
    Instant Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix, 4 serving package
    2 cups skim milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread in the bottom of a pan. Place in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 individual squares the next morning.
