Sweet potato stew

Ingredients

    4 small sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    4 C water
    2 Beef boullion cubes
    1 LB lean ground beef..I use organic and super lean
    1 pkg frozen green beans
    1/4 tsp thyme
    2 Tbsp golden raisins
    small onion chopped
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Place water and bouillion cubes into a large pan. Bring to boil and add beef. Cook for 3 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients. Bring back to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Recipe called for cayenne pepper but I left out since my little one won't eat very many spicy dishes.
