Chicken Taco Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts
    1 pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
    1 Bag Shredded Lettuce
    1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Tomato diced
    1 can Sliced Black Olives
    1/2 Bag Tortilla Chips
    Pace Picante Sauce

Directions

Cut up and cook chicken breast in frying pan. Drain off juice and pour in seasoning & water per the directions on the package. (Little tip I have found that it works better if you mix the taco seasoning and water in measuring cup before you pour it into the pan).

While that is simmering cut up your tomato and place everything out for easy essembly.

Once the chicken is done, Place chips on the bottom and build from there however you like your salad. And enjoy.
