Asian Chicken Salad

Introduction

I like to cook the chicken in the salad dressing. It gives it a great flavor.
Just be sure to add the calories.

Ingredients

    2 cups chicken breast, cut in bite-sized pieces
    4 cups od shredded cabbage
    1 cup shredded carrots
    2 TBS cilantro
    1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 cup mandarin orange slices
    1/2 cup Asian sesame ginger dressing

Directions

Cook chicken breast. In a large bowl combine everything , except oranges and green onions, and toss well. Use oranges and green onion for garnish.
