Ingredients

    egg substitute, cottage cheese, canadian bacon reduced fat, spinach

Directions

Mix together, add onion if desired and hot sauce. Cut canadian bacon sections into four pieces and lay one piece inside each "pammed" section of a muffin pan. Add cheese and evenly divide mixture between muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Cool and refridgerate.
