This is a great throw together meal. It's still a little salty for me though because one of the cans of tomatoes was Italian diced tomatoes with oregano, garlic, and herbs. Ingredients

13.25 oz box of Whole Wheat Pasta
1.5 lbs of lean ground beef (or turkey)
1/2 cup of onion
1 can of tomato soup (low sodium)
2 cans of diced tomatoes (no salt added and/or flavored)
1 can of corn (no salt added)
1 small can of mushrooms (no salt added)
1/2 package of taco seasoning (low sodium)
Directions
Cook pasta and brown hamburger with onion. Throw all ingredients together, heat and serve! It makes about 9-10 1 1/2 cup servings
