Introduction

This is a great throw together meal. It's still a little salty for me though because one of the cans of tomatoes was Italian diced tomatoes with oregano, garlic, and herbs. Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    13.25 oz box of Whole Wheat Pasta
    1.5 lbs of lean ground beef (or turkey)
    1/2 cup of onion
    1 can of tomato soup (low sodium)
    2 cans of diced tomatoes (no salt added and/or flavored)
    1 can of corn (no salt added)
    1 small can of mushrooms (no salt added)
    1/2 package of taco seasoning (low sodium)

Directions

Cook pasta and brown hamburger with onion. Throw all ingredients together, heat and serve! It makes about 9-10 1 1/2 cup servings
