2 slices bacon
pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 head cabbage, chopped or shredded
1 T brown sugar
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
Fry bacon until crisp, remove and set aside. Add pepper flakes and cabbage to same pan and fry until done to your taste.
Mix brown sugar and vinegar, pour over cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
