1lbs of ground lean beef
4 tsps of chili powder, or more if you like spice
one cup of chopped onions
1 cup of water
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of diced tomatoes
add the onions and chili powder, then add the kidney beans. Then add the tomatoes and water.
Let simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
