Easy and quick to make and great for Weight Watchers. You get 2 servings of veggies, a lean protein, fiber, and 2 healthy oils, all for only 4 pts. Taste great! Ingredients

2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cooked chicken strips
1/4 - 1/2 fiber one cereal (for crunch, instead of croutons!)
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Directions
Mix all ingredients in zip lock plastic bag, gallon size. Shake well to distribute evenly. Enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
