1.5" x 1.5" x 3" cube salt pork
1 large onion, sliced
8 potatoes, cubed
4 cups water
1 cup creamed corn
3 cups whole kernel corn
8 cups milk, 1%
6 tablespoons butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Add potatoes and water. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add corn and milk. Heat. Add butter, salt, and pepper. Simmer until mealtime.
Serves 4 to 16.
