Sesame Chicken

Introduction

This is a family favorite Chinese recipe. This is a family favorite Chinese recipe.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Pepper, black, 0.13 tsp
    * Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Fresh Chives, 8 tbsp chopped
    * Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
    * Soy Sauce, 0.25 cup
    * Flour, white, 0.25 cup

Directions

Combine flour, salt and pepper.  Dredge chicken in flour mix. Spray skillet with Pam.  Add chicken to warm skillet and cook until done. Transfer to plate. Reduce heat and combine soy sauce and sugar in skillet until sugar dissolves. Stir in sesame seeds and oil. Add chicken and coat. Garnish with chives.
