1 package (16 oz) imitation crab meat
3 tbsp kraft light mayo
1 oz lemon juice
Shallots, chopped, 4 tbsp
1 tbsp & 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 cup Egg beaters, beaten
1.5 cups bread crumbs (make your own)
Place crab meat in large bowl, cut into small pieces add mayo, egg, shallots, Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice
Mix well. Slowly add bread crumbs, stirring
form into patties
Coat a large non-stick frying pan with Pam type spray COAT VERY WELL heat to med DON"T GET TOO HOT add patties, cook on Med, turning frequently for 5 to 6 minutes until heated through
NOTE: the trick here is to not burn the crab cakes.
Makes 4 big burgers 4 WW pts each
