Baked Banana Oatmeal




Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1-2 mashed bananas
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs

Directions

Mix oatmeal, soda, Splenda & salt in one bowl. Mash bananas, then mix with wet ingredients in second bowl. Then stir mixtures both together and pour into greased 8" square pan.Bake at 350o for 30-45 minutes. Let cool, then cut into 16 squares.
