KC's low carb stroganoff

Introduction

Sort of like a stroganoff, but with out the noodles. So it's low carb Sort of like a stroganoff, but with out the noodles. So it's low carb
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz's of ground beef 93% lean
    2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    10 fl oz of water
    2 cups mixed veggies

Directions

Makes 4 1-cup servings

Brown the ground beef, drain off any excess fat. Then in a sauce pan combine all ingredients, stirring occassionally. Could sprinkle some cheese on top, or even some shake parmession.
