Introduction

Ingredients

    4 boneless chicken breasts
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon vinegar*
    2 tablespoons light brown sugar -- (2 to 3)
    1 garlic clove -- finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Put chicken breasts in an oven proof dish. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over chicken. Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve hot or cold.
