1 bag of Frozen carrots, celery, and onion
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 large carton of 99% fat free chicken broth
1 can of black beans
3 medium chicken breasts without skin and bone
1 tbsp of basil
1 tbsp of oregano
1 tbsp of thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp of garlic (use more if you like garlic)
1 tsp of cinnamon
