Mac's Salmon Loaf

Introduction

Full of flavor and sweet to the palate. Full of flavor and sweet to the palate.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    15 1\2 oz of Salmon flaked
    1/4 sweet onion
    1/4 red bell pepper
    1/4 yellow bell pepper
    1 T of dried dill
    1 t of butter
    2 eggs
    5 slices of Spelt bread
    1/2 t of pepper
    1/2 t of lemon *optional
    1/4 cup of milk

Directions

In a frying pan place pat of butter, diced onion, diced peppers, pepper, and dill til sauted. Slightly beat eggs and milk in a bowl til mixed. Crumble the bread and salmon into the egg mixture. Add sauted veggies to mixture and mix throughly with hands. Then place in a loaf pan and bake 55-60 min in an oven set at 350. Serves 6.
