Introduction

This recipe was shared by a wonderful southern lady. She put some marshmallows on top in the last 5 minutes of baking for my husband! This recipe was shared by a wonderful southern lady. She put some marshmallows on top in the last 5 minutes of baking for my husband!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cubed and cokked yams
    4 oz whipping cream
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 T butter
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Puree yams in blender until smooth. Add other ingredients and mixed together well. Pour in baking dish and bake for 30 min @ 350. Serves approximately 4 in 2/3 c servings.
