2 catfish fillets cut into pieces (nuggets)
1/8th cup lime juice
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup wheat germ
2 tbsp cilantro
Put milk in one bowl. Mix wheat germ and cilantro in another. Dip each "nugget" first in the milk then in the wheat germ mix, place on baking sheet. When all "nuggets" are on the baking sheet "drizzle" lime juice over each one.
Bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Ovens and size of nuggets will vary, adjust time accordingly.
**You can use more or less lime juice, cilantro and/or wheat germ, to taste, but remember to adjust your nutrition info!!
