Ingredients

    1-1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 t salt
    1 T honey
    1-1/2 t baking powder
    1t cinnamon
    1t vanilla
    1 T oil
    1 medium egg
    1 c skim milk

Directions

mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

place wet ingredients into a blender and mix.

add dry ingredients to blender slowly and mix well.

pour onto griddle coated with cookig speray and cook until bubbles appear on edges. Flip and cook until done.
