2 whole chicken breasts, no skin or bones
1 box rigatoni
i quart canned tomatoes
2 peppers, chopped
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 sweet peppers, chopped
3 cubanelle or banana peppers, chopped
handfull of basil
1 c parmesan cheese, shredded
Brown the chicken in olive oil. Remove chicken and add all vegetables, cook until tender. Add chicken back in. Add tomatoes. Add basil and cheese after cooking chicken and tomatoes until they come together (maybe 10-15 minutes). Add cooked pasta & serve.
