2 cups turkey meat chopped one packet of chicken bullion dissolved with 3/4 cup hot water 1/4 cup flour 3 tsp butter/margarine pepper to tase
make a simple rue in your pan using melted butter/margarine and 1/4 cup of flour. Let cook for a few mins to cook the flour taste out. Add your chicken stock/bullion cube to the pan. Mix well until there are no lumps. Add your turkey, heat through. Add pepper to taste. Add more water if you need to thin it down. Serve over rice, pasta or toast!
