Lentils, 50 grams
Ground beef, extra lean, 250 grams
Onions, raw, 1 medium
Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
Tomato Paste, 20 grams
Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoons
Milk, 2%, 1 cup
Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz)
Garlic, 3 tsp
Flour, white, .1 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Heat milk with cream cheese, stirring gently until combined. Stir flour into 1/2 cup of cold water. Blend into hot cheese mixture over a low heat. Beat eggs into sauce and stir off the heat, seasoning to taste.
Layer meat sauce, pasta, cheese sauce and 1/2 cheddar. Repeat with next layer, sprinkling parmesan evenly on top.
Bake 40 minutes 200C, gas mark 6.
