2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth
2 cups sliced peeled potatoes
1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
2 to 2-1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt

i think your ingredient details are a little mixed up, the details shows 2 cups of potato chips throwing the fat way off!! However, the recipe sounds great so I'm gonna try it soon! - 1/7/09

Oh my goodness! Thank you for pointing that out. I have no idea how I missed that, and I wondered why the calorie count was so high!
