1 Chicken Breast, skinnless & boneless, cubed
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups Dry Pasta
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Peas
1 can Mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp 1% Milk
Cook pasta till done, drain.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, add cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup. Cream together till smooth. Add milk, vegetables, and chicken. Mix well. Add pasta, mix, stir till mixture is heated though. Add seasonings to taste and serve.
I used Italian Seasoning and a little salt.
Any variation of vegetables can be used.
