Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Kraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    *Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, 2 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded

Directions

Cook rice as directed. Mix soup, mayo and curry. Boil chicken breast until no longer pink. Layer rice, chicken, sauce and cheese in baking dish. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
