Polynesian Banana Fantasy Wrap (from Dandelion Tea in Orlando FL)

Ingredients

    1 medium banana, sliced (not into small bite size pieces, but into strips)
    1 tbsp raisins
    1 tbsp walnuts
    1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
    1/3 cup matchstick cut carrots
    1 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes
    2 tbsp Nasoya Vegi-Based Sandwich Spread (or mayo....whatever)
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 wheat wrap (preferably 12 inch diameter)

Directions

Spread the vegi-based sandwich spread (or the mayo) onto your wrap and sprinkle the curry powder over the top and distribute evenly. It's best to lay your strips of banana down next then top off with the rest of the goodies and enjoy!!!!!!
