Chicken Livers

Introduction

Really good fried chicken livers! Really good fried chicken livers!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 bucket of chicken livers
    1/2 cup flour enough to coat
    0.3 cups of extra virgin olive oil
    0.3 cups canola or vegetable oil
    seasonions
    (I mixed the oil b/c I wanted to try it, this is very optional. The calories and fat won't change, if you decided to use regular oil)

Directions

Mix oil in frying pan, turn temp up to med high
coat the livers
fry on each side about 10 mins or until done
serve.

I usually serve mine with some brown gravy. Yummy.
