Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 sm. onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    Salt and pepper
    1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water

Directions

Brown hamburger, onion and rice. Lightly grease casserole dish. Place cabbage in dish and season. Combine tomato soup and water and pour over hamburger mix and cabbage. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and stir mixture well. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more.

Two cups of V8 can be used in lieu of tomato soup and water.

NI is for ground turkey. Need to adjust if using ground beef.
