Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Introduction

Extremely easy crockpot chicken dish that can be used for any number of different kinds of meals. Extremely easy crockpot chicken dish that can be used for any number of different kinds of meals.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package of boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 full breasts)
    12 oz of hot salsa
    12 oz can of black beans
    small can of corn

Directions

Put chicken in crock pot and cover with salsa.
Turn crockpot on low and leave for at least 6 hours
About half an hour to an hour before serving, take the lid off of the crock pot and shred the chicken with a knife.
Add beans and corn to chicken and replace lid for another 30-60 minutes.

Servings can vary- about six 3/4 to 1 cup servings is usual, sometimes 8.
