Introduction

Chicken Pot Pie from Campbell's Potato Soup Can Chicken Pot Pie from Campbell's Potato Soup Can
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 large can Swanson's chunk chicken (drained)
    1 C frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
    1 Can Campbell's potato Soup
    1/4 C milk

    Crust:\
    1 C bisquick
    1 egg
    1/2 c milk

Directions

Mix together vegetables, soup, chicken and milk. Pour mixture into a 9" round pie plate/casserole (or 8" square)
Mix together bisquick, egg, and milk
Spoon batter on top of vegetable mixture. The batter will thicken, so a thin layer of batter all over is sufficient
Bake on 350 for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown
