Baked fish with Mushrooms and Scallions

Ingredients

    1lb tilapia
    1/3 c White vinegar
    4c Mushrooms sliced
    3tbsp EVOO
    8 scallions chopped
    1tbsp tarragon
    salt
    paprika

Directions

heat oil, add mushrooms and scallions cook 5 min. Add vinegar cook 5 min. Add tarragon.

Arrange fish in baking pan, cover with mushroom mix. Bake in oven for 15-20 min.
